2018 IaAHA Spring All Breed Show at Ellsworth Equestrian Center
This past weekend was a beautiful sunny weekend…perfect set up as we go into the first days of spring! On Saturday we took a road trip to the Ellsworth Equestrian Center in Iowa Falls to see the IaAHA Spring All Breed Show. It was so neat to see all the different horses and levels/ages of riders, after a long winter, get back to training exercises and riding in a gorgeous indoor arena. I highly recommend visiting this facility if you have a chance!
It was a foggy morning on the farm on Sunday, but very mild and no wind, so Mya & I got to give the girls some hay out of the bags, beginning the transition to full grazing. Miss Bella is still cookin’ her foal, so we continue to look for clues about when the little one will make it’s arrival. I probably spent an hour overall on Saturday and Sunday just staring at her belly! It’s an amazing site when that little foal gives a kick & Bella’s whole belly jumps.
